The data you provide in the enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, where your horse is kept, the subject of your enquiry, whether there is a veterinary diagnosis, and any information you choose to include in your message. If you use our services, the information recorded in the horse profile and treatment log.

• Responding to your enquiry and keeping in touch – your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Providing and documenting the service – performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Invoicing – legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How long we keep data

Enquiry data for up to 1 year if no contract is concluded; contract-related data for 5 years after the contract ends; accounting records for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law.

Our website hosting provider and email provider may access data as processors. We do not sell data to third parties. We share information with your horse’s vet only at your request or with your consent.
